What I Do

I am a customer-facing engineer who takes AI from demo to production inside large organizations — owning the technical path from first conversation through pilot, rollout, enablement, and adoption.

• Enterprise Deployment & Pre-Sales: Lead all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle for tier-1 accounts — discovery, architecture design, demos, POCs, migrations, and production go-live.
• Agentic AI in Production: Build LLM agents and orchestrators on Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Python that do real engineering work inside customer codebases.
• Enablement at Scale: Deliver keynotes, deep-dive workshops, and enablement material that turn engineering teams into confident daily users of new AI tooling.
• Data Architecture: End-to-end data infrastructure across Snowflake, dbt, BigQuery, Spark, GCP, and AWS.

• $250K Enterprise Win (Snowflake): Won a competitive deal against Databricks by designing and shipping an end-to-end MLflow-to-Snowflake production migration framework in a single week.
• Agentic dbt Refactor (Snowflake): Built an enterprise agentic AI framework on MCP and custom Python orchestrators, deploying autonomous coding agents that refactored 100+ complex dbt models in 6 hours.
• #1 Keynote, 400+ Executives (Snowflake World Tour Seoul): Delivered the featured AI/ML track keynote, voted the single best session of the event.
• 40% Customer Growth (Greybox): Scaled the enterprise customer base through technical advisory, a custom A/B testing module, and developer workshops.
• $20M Series A (Singapore Startup): Led a team of 7 as CTO and secured Series A funding by building high-performance recommendation engines (LightGCN, ALS).
